Internal Assessment: Who am I?  Self-awareness allows you to recognize the things you do best and go “all in” on those aspects of your life. It also helps you identify and accept your weaknesses to compensate for them. As a certified administrator of the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator,  you’ll get an honest appraisal of your personality and see how it maps to others on your team, in your relationships, and in your life.

External Assessment: How do others view me?  Obtaining outside perspective on you and your situation is invaluable.  It provides perspective into how others view you, including your strengths to leverage.  While not a complete 360° assessment, it provides insight you can’t get anywhere else.

Focused Ideation and Visioning: Where do I want to go?  Drawing on internal and external assessments, we work with you to define your ideal future state.  Drawing on a variety of tools and techniques, including design thinking, value proposition development, and strategic positioning, we help craft the objectives, strategies and plans to enact change.
