Mike is an accomplished marketing executive with 20 years of progressive experience in brand management, growth marketing, and marketing analytics. Through the span of his career, Mike has worked with global healthcare, technology, consumer packaged goods and other clients.
Mike has a long history with EquiBrand, beginning as a client in his brand management role at Abbott Laboratories, and now assisting with both client work and business development.
Previously, as the Founder of Complemedia, Mike built a company which specializes in developing targeted technology channels for niche industries. Complemedia sold its successful medical iPhone application development business to a large medical publisher. Many high profile companies such as Genentech, Allergan, and Bayer have utilized Complemedia technology to better communicate with their customers.
Prior to Complemedia, Mike was CEO of ReachMD, a medical communications start-up, where he launched the first-ever 24/7 national radio platform medical professionals airing on XM Satellite Radio. Launch partners included the American Medical Association, Amgen, Eli Lilly and many others.
Mike also worked in product marketing for Abbott’s renal care franchise. Before Abbott, Mike managed direct-to-consumer research initiatives for TAP Pharmaceuticals. Mike also was a management consultant at ZS Associates – one of the top consulting firms in healthcare – focusing on pharmaceutical strategic marketing and sales force strategy.
