Jeff Swaddling

Jeff is an advisor to businesses and organizations focused on creating and maintaining relevant brands and identifying new, breakthrough product and growth opportunities.  He specializes in developing corporate marketing, sales, and innovation strategies and processes, as well as new product, service and experience concepts. Jeff has broad industry experience in the healthcare, manufacturing, specialty retail, utilities and consumer packaged goods industries.  He has helped build great businesses and brands within the U.S. and globally, working with Fortune 1000 clients including Fortune Brands, Caterpillar, State Farm Insurance, GE Healthcare, Novant Health, Whirlpool, and S.C. Johnson.

Jeff has also held a number of senior executive roles, including managing a privately-owned developer and operator of senior care facilities and retirement communities, as well as a national manufacturer of LED and fiber-optic traffic signs and signals.  Prior to that, Jeff was a Director at L Brands where he managed brand and marketing strategy development for the Bath & Body Works and Express brands.  Before joining L Brands, Jeff consulted with world-class organizations including S.C. Johnson, Pella Windows and Doors, The Chicago Tribune, Sara Lee and Kraft Foods.

An accomplished speaker and author, Jeff co-authored Innovating the Corporation: Creating Value for Customers and Shareholders and he has been a guest lecturer on marketing and innovation topics for graduate business school programs including Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.  Jeff received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern and has a Masters of Management from Kellogg.

Jeff lives in Dublin, Ohio, with his wife, Amie, and their eleven children.
