Michelle Sanchez is a marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic brand management and innovation strategy. Over the past 20 years, Michelle has advised companies by developing brand and marketing strategies based upon a deep understanding of market and consumer insights.
Over the span of her career, Michelle has led consulting engagements for organizations of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500 industry leaders, in a wide variety of industries including consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing and financial services. Within the B2C space, Michelle has worked with leading companies such as ConAgra Foods, Oakley, Kohler, Walgreens, Alfa Corporativo (Mexico), and the NFL. Notable B2B client engagements include GE Healthcare, Illinois Tool Works (ITW), and WE tv. Michelle’s expertise is built upon guiding organizations to embrace a more customer-focused approach to brand and new product management.
Michelle’s professional expertise has been shaped by her experience in both consulting and brand management. Within the consulting sector, Michelle has led client engagements at consulting firms including Kuczmarski & Associates, an innovation consultancy; Prophet, a brand consultancy; as well as other boutique strategy consulting firms. Her experience in brand management includes working on new products within the air care division at S.C. Johnson & Co (SCJ). While at SCJ, Michelle led several successful new product initiatives including launching a new brand, and implementing marketing programs that resulted in commanding share leadership in a growing product category.
Michelle earned her Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She received her Bachelor of Science with High Honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
